Products are normally with the purchaser within 2 working days. All watches are sent with a tracking number which the purchaser will be notified of via email.
Next Day Delivery orders have a fee and that is displayed when that option is selected at checkout. Next day delivery purchases must be ordered before 3pm or will be sent the following day.
We ship internationally and the fee is displayed on the checkout option when making a purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
