All of our timepieces are sent via special delivery signed for and are normally with the purchaser within two working days. Each watch is accompanied with our luxury Arthur Charles box.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact customer service to be provided a return address, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached
